At Kronstein Timepieces, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

RETURNS (REFUND POLICY)
You may return your watch within 45 days from the original purchase date.
Conditions:
The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.
All tags, stickers, protective films, and packaging materials must be fully intact and attached.
Watches with removed protective films or visible signs of wear cannot be fully refunded or accepted for return.
Accessories:
The original packaging, including all components such as manuals, warranty cards, straps, tools, and accessories, must be complete.
Process:
Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and photos of the watch for verification.
After successful inspection and approval, the refund will be issued within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
EXCHANGES (EXCHANGE POLICY)
Exchanges are possible within 60 days from the original purchase date.
Conditions:
The same conditions as returns apply (unworn, protective films intact, and original packaging included).
Price Differences:
Any price differences between exchanged products will be charged or refunded accordingly.
WARRANTY
All watches are covered by a 24-month limited warranty.
Coverage:
Manufacturing defects and faults under normal use conditions.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, impacts, drops, or improper handling

Water damage beyond the stated water resistance level

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage

Battery wear or strap deterioration due to regular use

Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties
RETURNS & SHIPPING
All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team.
We strongly recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking information.
Important Notice:
The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs and risks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Kronstein Timepieces is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages during transit.
