TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)

SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Kronstein Timepieces and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order.

Any deviating conditions from the customer will not be recognized unless Kronstein Timepieces expressly agrees to them in writing.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

3.1. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

3.2. By clicking the “Buy Now” or “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart.

3.3. An automatic confirmation of receipt is sent immediately after the order is submitted and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

3.4. The contract is concluded only when Kronstein Timepieces confirms the order via email or dispatches the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Customers are entitled to return eligible products in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy available on the website.

No restocking fees are charged for properly returned products unless otherwise stated.

Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined in the Return Policy.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

5.1. All prices displayed on the product pages are final prices in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

5.2. Shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery location and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5.3. Shipping costs are charged only once per order, including partial shipments.

5.4. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their local authorities.

PAYMENT TERMS

6.1. Payment is made using the payment methods available during checkout, including credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported providers.

6.2. Full payment is required immediately upon completion of the order.

6.3. Orders may be canceled if payment authorization fails, is declined, or is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.

DELIVERY AND OWNERSHIP

7.1. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

7.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

7.3. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE

8.1. Kronstein Timepieces provides a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

8.2. The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Water damage beyond stated resistance levels

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

8.3. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kronstein Timepieces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or website, except where prohibited by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website and reserve the right to suspend operations temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Florida.

Customers agree to contact Kronstein Timepieces first to attempt an informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
